Delta Group   of motels   had its humble   beginnings in the   environment conscious   and visionary thinking of Mr. Umesh Ajgaonkar, a   pharmacist, builder and developer with his wife Mrs. Archana Ajgaonkar a biochemist, dietician and fitness instructor who saw a business opportunity in this valley off the Chorla Ghat. They bought this five acre area and developed it into "Delta Forest Valley" which was opened for business on 23rd June 2003. The intention was not only to serve the tourist crowd, but also to be known as a unique and unpretentious hideaway. A special place for the local community, dedicated to cater not only to the taste buds but also to the eyes and ears as well.

We at Delta Group felt the need to offer tourists some of the most beautiful flora and fauna in this small countryside (only 78 kms from Panjim, Goa). The group has now diversified into horticulture and has also invested in "Delta Residency", a beach resort in Calangute, Goa.
